These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tarn Digital Creations' website and services. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients commit to supplying all information, assets, and material needed to ensure that services are completed on time. Service schedules may be impacted by delays in delivering certain materials.

4. Revisions Policy
The design process includes up to two rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be subject to an additional charge, based on the scope and complexity of the changes.

5. Payment Terms
Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to initiate services. The deposit amount will be specified based on the scope of the project.

Recurring Payments: Monthly fees will be billed on a recurring basis until cancellation. The exact monthly fee will be agreed upon before the service begins.

Non-Refundable: All fees, including the deposit and monthly payments, are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

6. Cancellation, Refund Policy & Website Removal
Cancellation: Customers may discontinue services at any moment by giving written notice in advance. Until the cancellation is finalized, monthly costs will remain in effect.

Refunds: Tarn Digital Creations has the right to keep the deposit as payment for the time and resources invested in the project if a customer decides to cancel after it has started.

Website Removal: Tarn Digital Creations retains the right to either permanently delete the website from the server or temporarily suspend it in the event of cancellation. After 30 days following cancellation, access to the website will be terminated. Before any removal or deactivation occurs, clients will be informed.

7. Ownership & Licensing of Work
Ownership Rights: Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the completed website and materials.

Use of the Portfolio: Unless otherwise specified in writing, Tarn Digital Creations retains the right to display finished projects in its portfolio.

8. Acceptance of Completed Work
Any subsequent requests for changes may result in additional fees after the final project has been delivered and authorized by the client. The client agrees to check and approve the work as soon as it is delivered.

9. Third-Party Services or Integrations
Any interruptions, problems, or modifications brought on by third-party services, plugins, or external integrations utilized on the client's website are not Tarn Digital Creations' responsibility. The client is liable for any third-party service fees.

10. Privacy Policy
Tarn Digital Creations complies with data protection laws and respects the privacy of its clients. Any personal data gathered via our website will be kept private and never disclosed without the client's permission. To learn more about how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are offered "as-is" with no assurances of improved ranking, traffic, or performance.

12. Limitation of Liability
Any damages resulting from your use of the website or services, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, are not Tarn Digital Creations' responsibility.

13. Dispute Resolution
Both sides agree to try informal mediation as a means of resolving disagreements. Under UK law, the case will go to binding arbitration if it cannot be settled.
